Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nesetto Digital ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in the Blockfeud block-puzzle game ("the App"). Blockfeud is designed to work without an account and without a backend server. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Blockfeud does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal identifying information. We do not operate a server and we do not receive your game data.

The only data processing that involves a third party is advertising, described below.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Your game progress, scores, streaks and settings are stored locally on your device only (using your device's on-device storage). This information is not transmitted to us or to any server, and it is removed if you delete the App.

3. Advertising

Blockfeud uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, which keep the App free. To show ads, AdMob may access your device's advertising identifier and similar data.

• In the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we show a consent message the first time you open the App, where you can accept or decline personalized ads.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time in your device settings under Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Google AdMob is a third-party service with its own privacy policy (Privacy Policy).

4. Sharing Your Score

Blockfeud lets you share your result using your device's built-in share sheet — for example to Messages or a social app. What you share, and who you share it with, is entirely your choice and is handled by your device and the app you pick. We do not receive or store anything you share.

5. In-App Purchases

Blockfeud does not currently offer in-app purchases. If this changes in a future version, this policy will be updated to describe how purchases are handled.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob – advertising (Privacy Policy)
• Apple App Store – app distribution (Privacy Policy)

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your Rights

Because Blockfeud does not collect personal data on our servers, there is no personal account data for us to access, correct, or delete. You can remove all data the App stores on your device by deleting the App, and you can withdraw or change your advertising consent at any time in your device settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
