This Privacy Policy explains how Nesetto Digital ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Ordnet app ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

• To send local push notifications for reminders you set yourself

3. Local Notifications

Reminders you set in the Huskeliste feature are stored locally on your device only and are not sent to any server. Notification permission can be revoked at any time in your iPhone's Settings.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase – authentication and database storage (Privacy Policy)
• Google AdMob – advertising (Privacy Policy)
• Apple Sign In – authentication (Privacy Policy)

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, with servers located in the European Union. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the App, which will permanently remove your personal data from our systems.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (via the delete account feature in the App)
• Withdraw consent to data processing at any time

9. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use your device identifier and other data to show personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings under Privacy → Tracking.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
