Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Nesetto Digital ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in the PushPace interval timer app ("the App"). PushPace is designed to work without an account and without a backend server. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
PushPace does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal identifying information. We do not operate a server and we do not receive your workout data.
The only data processing that involves third parties is advertising and in-app purchases, described in the sections below.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
The workouts, shoe logs, distances and settings you create are stored locally on your device only (using your device's on-device storage). This information is not transmitted to us or to any server, and it is removed if you delete the App.
3. Advertising
PushPace uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, which keep the App free. To show ads, AdMob may access your device's advertising identifier and similar data.
- In the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we show a consent message the first time you open the App, where you can accept or decline personalized ads.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time in your device settings under Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Google AdMob is a third-party service with its own privacy policy (Privacy Policy).
4. In-App Purchases (Remove Ads)
All features of PushPace are free. You may optionally buy a one-time "Remove ads" purchase. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never see or store your payment details. We use RevenueCat to manage your purchase status so the App knows whether ads should be shown. RevenueCat may process a non-personal, anonymous identifier for this purpose (Privacy Policy).
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob – advertising (Privacy Policy)
- Apple App Store – in-app purchase processing (Privacy Policy)
- RevenueCat – purchase status management (Privacy Policy)
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Your Rights
Because PushPace does not collect personal data on our servers, there is no personal account data for us to access, correct, or delete. You can remove all data the App stores on your device by deleting the App, and you can withdraw or change your advertising consent at any time in your device settings.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
9. Contact Us
