Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the Pushfeud app ("the App"), provided by Nesetto Digital ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who Can Use the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. Give accurate information, choose a username that is not offensive or misleading, and do not pretend to be someone else. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the App.

3. Acceptable Use and User Content

The App lets you chat with friends, challenge others to duels, and appear on leaderboards with your name or username. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to:

• post or send content that is offensive, hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, or illegal;
• bully or spam other users, or keep contacting someone who has asked you to stop;
• use a name or username that is offensive, misleading, or impersonates someone else;
• cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, or manipulate scores, streaks, or duel results;
• try to access other users' data, interfere with the App, or reverse engineer it.

We filter some content automatically, but no filter is perfect. You are responsible for what you post.

4. Reporting and Blocking

You can report offensive messages inside the App and block any user from your Friends list. A blocked user cannot contact you. We review reports promptly. Content that breaks these Terms may be removed, and the accounts responsible may be suspended or permanently removed without notice.

5. Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms, including its refund policies. Purchased items have no cash value.

6. Advertising

Unless you buy the ad-free option, the App shows advertising provided by Google AdMob. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is used for advertising.

7. Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the App or parts of it at any time. We may also update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for content posted by users. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Apple

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or for support.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence still apply.
