PushDone

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Nesetto Digital ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the PushDone app ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use the App:

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Local Notifications

Reminders you set in the To-Do List feature are stored locally on your device only and are not sent to any server. Notification permission can be revoked at any time in your iPhone's Settings.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

5. Data Storage and Security

Your lists and profile are stored in Google Cloud Firestore, with servers located in the European Union. Sign-in data (your email address and account ID) is handled by Firebase Authentication, which Google may process outside the European Union. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the App. This permanently removes your account, your profile and the lists you own, including all items in them. Items you have added to lists owned by other users stay in those lists, because they are part of the other user's list.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

9. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. In regions where consent is required (EEA/UK), the App asks for your permission before loading ads. You can manage or withdraw consent at any time under Settings in the App. On iPhone, the App also asks for permission to track you across apps and websites (Apple's App Tracking Transparency). If you allow it, AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to show personalized ads. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalized. You can change this at any time in your iPhone's Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
